Noelle Rizzio is a licensed professional counselor and former school counselor dedicated to helping individuals build self-worth and emotional resilience. With years of experience supporting individuals through life’s transitions, Noelle is passionate about empowering new and seasoned counselors to navigate challenges with confidence and compassion. She is the founder of Counselor HQ and a published author. Through her writing and advocacy, Noelle works to support counselor mental health and promote wellness for women at every stage of life.

Lori Scroggs, Board Member
Jennifer has dedicated more than 24 years to education, beginning her career as an English Language Arts teacher for 11 years before moving into school leadership. She spent 3 years as an assistant principal and currently serves as an Associate Principal, for the past 10 years, where she oversees curriculum and instruction. Jennifer is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating a positive, welcoming school culture where students and staff feel valued, supported, and successful.
